QuickBoost — Bulk Delete & Shortcuts for QuickBooks Online

QuickBoost is a free Chrome extension that adds bulk delete to QuickBooks Online and helps accountants and bookkeepers navigate it faster.

Bulk delete transactions in QuickBooks Online

QuickBooks Online has no bulk delete. QuickBoost adds it to the Account Register: select rows by rule (by amount, payee, or category) or by hand, then delete them in one supervised run.

• You see the exact rows before anything runs.
• A CSV of those rows downloads before the first change.
• Transactions in a closed period are refused.
• Reconciled transactions are excluded unless you choose to include them.
• You type the row count to confirm, and can cancel mid-run.
• A per-row report shows exactly what happened.

Batch delete ships switched off; turn it on in Settings → Batch Selection.
